SHOE UPDATE: Saucony Ride 10

MAY17SHOES2

Okay, it is a little bit absurd how good running shoe updates are getting lately. The Saucony Ride 10 debuted earlier this month and we have heard so much positive feedback from customers that we decided to try it out ourselves. And yeah. It is that good. So what’s new about version 10 of this gem?

WOVEN HEEL COUNTER

Saucony has introduced a new type of knit in the heel that gives more structure and locks your foot in there nicely. So no slip, no friction.

NEW ENGINEERED MESH

2017-05-17 22.11.29

A nice flexible mesh wraps your foot through the toe box and midfoot, giving max breathability and a nice flexible sock-like fit.

EVERUN & POWERFOAM CUSHIONING

2017-05-17 22.12.07

The combination of an EVERUN topsole and Powerfoam – a high end EVA foam – gives you a smooth, responsive ride from heel to toe.

In addition to these updates, the Ride 10 has a Triflex carbon rubber outsole for nice flexibility through the toe-off, and an 8mm heel-to-toe offset to make your run feel a little more natural.

The Saucony Ride 10 is available in men’s size 8-13, men’s wide size 8-13 women’s size 6-12, and women’s wide size 6-11 in all Marathon Sports locations and at marathonsports.com.
